Abstract
The essence of "Multi-Planning Integration" is planning and coordination, with the development of the"multi-regulation and one" planning system and the practice of coordination and cooperation, the coordination between competent departments has become the focus, different ways of coordination will bring about the difference of construction costs, and also affect the distribution of rights and interests. Each planning department is also an administrative function organization, which launches departmental games around the coordination model. In this paper, the game theory is used to compare the game cost of two types of coordination model and the long-term cost under repeated game and analyze the feasibility and the influence of changing conditions on the result of the game, so as to make the innovation department "multi rule" normalization cooperation practice, and serve the improvement of the planning system.关键词
