摘要
Abstract
The knee joints are weight-bearing joints,which occupy an important role in people's normal activity.Tibial plateau fractures involving articular fractures,ifs easily lead to knee joints dysfunction,and Tibial plateau fractures are often caused by traffic accident and falling high-energy injury.The operative method of tibial plateau fractures are intemal fixation,external fixation,arthroscopic techniques and balloon tibioplasty.In spite of this,the surgical treatment of tibial plateau fracture is also with high risk,the postoperative long-term effect is not ideal.With further understanding of tibial plateau fractures,all kinds of new treatment idea,inspection method,method of fixed,fixed equipment are put forward,make the treatment effect has made great progress than before.This article will review recent operative treatment of tibial plateau fractures related issues.关键词
