Advances in the Nano particle medicine treatment of secondary spinal cord injury
摘要
Abstract
The biological cascade occurs after primary spinal cord injury which damaging original healthy nerve cells leads to secondary spinal cord injury,timely relieving cascade may reduce further damage to the spinal cord.However,the efficiency of drug transport to achieve effective treatment is very limited.Using the combination of nanoparticles to improve transport efficiency and reduce the side effects has become the main research field of medical application.Based on the material properties of nanoparticles,it can be transported to a specific tissue for treatment of spinal cord injury.Integrating nanotechnology into nerve injury and nerve disease treatment will bring the treatment of spinal cord injury a new vision.关键词
