摘要
Abstract
Arthroplasty is the most common and effective method for the treatment of end stage joint disease and femoral neck fracture in the elderly.In the clinical study,aseptic loosening and infection were the main reasons for failure of prosthesis implantation.Excellent bone integration is the key to maintain long-term stability of the prosthesis,so how to improve the ability of bone integration is a hot topic in the research of bone tissue engineering.The antibacterial ability of silver nanoparticles is highly respected and it can effectively reduce the infection around the prosthesis.At the same time,it also has a certain ability to contribute to bone formation,which will reduce the aseptic loosening.These advantages make silver nanoparticles modified implants have been widely concerned.This is a review of the application of silver nanoparticles modified implants.关键词
