Abstract
This paper was prepared by in-situ polymerization method copper calcium titanate/polystyrene composite materials.Using X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, the impedance analyzer and infrared spectrum to corresponding characterization of composite materials such as copper titanate ceramic filler is studied the effect of calcium on the properties of composite materials.Results show that the composite material, CCTO can be spread more evenly in the styrene substrate.With the increase of ceramic packing, the dielectric constant increases.The maximum dielectric constant (15) of composite materials at 1kHz obtained when the filler content reached 50%, which is 5 times of matrix.Dielectric constant of the composite material is larger than that of matrix has been further improved.关键词
