丹芪偏瘫胶囊联合臭氧自血疗法治疗中风恢复期患者下肢功能障碍的临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the clinical efficiency of combined treatment of Danqi Piantan capsules and ozone autotherapy for stroke recovery stage patients with lower limb dysfunction. [Methods] Totally 242 cases of stroke recovery stage patients with lower limb dysfunction in our hospital were selected as the research objects from January 2016 to February 2017, and these patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the time of admission. The control group was using the convenient nursing method of brain acupuncture method and Chinese medicine nursing of stroke (recovery period of cerebral infarction).The observation group was implementing the convenient nursing method and Danqi Piantan capsules combining with ozone autotherapy. Both groups were treated for two courses for 14 days, compared with the clinical symptoms of lower limb dysfunction and the score of Fugl-meyer motor scale (lower limb). [Results] In the observation group, the improvement of clinical symptom and the score of Fugl-meyer motor scale (lower limb) compared with the control group were statistically significant (P<0.05). [Conclusion] It is a significant effect for stroke recovery stage patients with lower limb dysfunction to treat with combined treatment of Danqi Piantan capsules and ozone autotherapy, and the patients are more satisfied. It is worth a wide application in clinic.关键词
