乐安河流域城市人群铜膳食暴露及健康风险
Health Risk Assessment of Urban Population Via Dietary Copper Exposure in Le'an River Basin

Abstract
Our study explores the dietary copper exposed and health risks of city residents in Le'an River Basin of Jiangxi which has been polluted by mining industry. According to the dietary structure we collected represented 6 types foods (a total of 66 samples) including vegetables, rice, meat, fish, eggs and milk to evaluate accurately the population's dietary health risks of copper in the three typical cities along the Le'an River. In this study, we used inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry to detect copper content in food samples. According to the age, the population was divided into four groups (children, teenagers, adults and the elderly). All groups' dietary intake exposure was calculated, which evaluated by HQ representing the risk of cancer risking index. The results showed that the concentration of copper in 6 kinds of food were (4.40±2.23) mg?kg-1, (2.61±1.13) mg?kg-1, (0.48±0.21) mg?kg-1, (0.74±0.26) mg?kg-1, (0.80±0.09) mg?kg-1, (0.05±0.02) mg?kg-1, respectively. And the two major contributors to the total CDI of Cu were vegetables and rice. The order of CDI of Cu in the three area was Dexing>Leping>Poyang. No carcinogenic risk order in age was children (68.8%)>youth (38.6%)>adults (16.9%)>elder (12.3%). No carcinogenic risk of children in three areas was 78.0%, 69.0% and 59.4%, respectively, suggesting that this group was worth focusing on. According to the dietary structure, our study considered comprehensively various food types contribution to dietary intake of copper, and according to different age the population was divided into four groups to assess health risk scientifically. This study is important to the residents' healthy diet and policy.关键词
