笼养蛋鸡舍排出空气净化装置对空气卫生指标与气流的影响
Effects of exhaust air purification unit on air hygiene parameter and velocity from the caged-layer house
摘要
Abstract
In order to establish the method of dealing with the air exhausted from the layer house,the exhaust air purification unit was constructed by light steel structure as skeleton structure and covered by activated carbon filtering cotton,and effects of exhaust air purification unit on the air hygiene parameter and velocity from the caged-layer house was analyzed.The results showed that the dust concentration,total number of bacteria and the number of E.coli in the air treated by air purification unit were 46.54％,91.16％ and 95.99％,lower than that of before processing (P＜0.05),respectively.The velocity near the air inlet was significantly decreased affected by the air purification unit (P＜0.05).There was a better removal effect of air purification unit on exhaust gas from the caged-layer house.However,the materials used in air purification unit should be improved to reduce the obstacle on air velocity.关键词
