Promoting the veterinary service from emergency management to risk management based on an idea of risk analysis

Abstract
Along with the development of animal husbandry in China,the risks for occurrence and spread of animal disease,public health,animal products safety,ecological and environmental security are also increasing.Practice has proved that it is of a great significance to apply the concept of risk analysis to carry out the animal health management for improving the decision-making ability of animal health management.On the basis of the practice of domestic and international risk analysis,this paper puts forward the idea of further improving the animal health risk assessment system,in-depth popularizing risk analysis concept,strengthening risk management policy formulation and theoretical research,expanding the scope of risk analysis application,and promoting the veterinary service from the emergency management to the risk management.关键词
