进口盐渍牛皮风险分析
Risk analysis for the imported salted hides
摘要
Abstract
For qualitative risk assessment of animal diseases spread into China with the imported salted hides,this study collected 35 kinds of diseases which are related to cattle and their products.Using the principles of OIE risk analysis and New Zealand risk analysis model,a qualitative analysis was carried out based on four factors,including the distribution of the pathogens in China,control by the government,and the possibility of entry into China and exposure in China.As the result,foot and mouth disease,bovine viral diarrhoea,lumpy skin disease,anthrax,brucellosis,and Q fever pose significant risks to China.And risk management measures were proposed,involving the market access,producing area requirement,import quarantine,and follow-up supervision,so as to reduce risks brought by the importation of salted hides in China.关键词
