摘要

Abstract

Based on the fixed bed filter type uranium mine structure,downstream pressure leaching and static immersion leaching experiments are carried out,and the leaching efficiency and economic benefit of two types of leaching methods are compared too.The results show that although the method of static soaking and leaching is longer than that of the leaching cycle,the leaching cycle has a good effect,and the average uranium concentration of the saturated resin leaching solution can be improved by 5.97 g/L,elution volume of poor liquid is decreased by about 0.65 bed volume,and reduced the leaching curve smearing.In addition,improved manner after each rinse can save the eluent about 0.85 bed volume,effectively reducing the cost of production.Study proves that of static immersion leaching filter structure of fixed bed leaching is feasible.
