Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of human menopausal gonadotropin (HMG)combined with clominphere citrate (CC) on ovulation cycle,endometrium,follicular condition,hormone,ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and pregnancy in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 160 patients with PCOS were enrolled in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College from June 2012 to June 2015.All patients were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method.The control group was given CC,and the study group was given HMG on the basis treatment.To compare the effects of two regimens on ovulation cycle,endometrial,follicular conditions,hormones,ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and pregnancy.Results The number of ovarian follicles and the number of mature follicles in the study group were higher than those in the control group(t=21.939,9.778,P<0.05).The maximal follicular diameter and the number of ovulation cycles in the two groups were not statistically significant(t=0.812,χ2=2.609,P>0.05).The level of estradiol (E2) in the study group was higher than that in the control group(t=3.567,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone (T) between the two groups(t=0.539,0.599,P>0.05);the average medication time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05),the clinical pregnancy rate was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the rate of abortion, the rate of multiple pregnancy and the incidence of OHSS in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion HMG combined with CC treatment of PCOS,short drug cycle,ovulation effect is significant,with a high clinical pregnancy rate,it is worth promoting the application.关键词
