CO2点阵激光联合复方倍他米松对增生性瘢痕的临床疗效研究
The Clinical Effect of Sequential Fractional CO2 Laser Combined with Compound Betamethasone on Hypertrophic Scar

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of sequential fractional CO2 laser combined with compound betamethasone on hypertrophic scar.Methods 120 patients with hypertrophic scar in Central Hospital of Jinhua from February 2015 to October 2016 were divided into treatment group and control group by random table,each of 60 cases.The treatment group was given sequential fractional CO2 laser combined with compound betamethasone,control group was given sequential fractional CO2 laser only.The area and thickness of hypertrophic scar,Vancouver scar scale(VSS) score and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The area and thickness of hypertrophic scar in treatment group were lower than those in control group after three months(P<0.05).The area and thickness of hypertrophic scar after three months were lower than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).The VSS score in treatment group was lower than that in control group after three months(P<0.05).The efficacy rate of treatment group was higher than that in control group〔81.7%(49/60) vs.46.7%(28/60),χ2=15.983,P<0.001〕.Conclusion Sequential fractional CO2 laser combined with compound betamethasone for the treatment of hypertrophic scar is safe and effective,which can significantly facilitate the scar fading.And it is worthy for clinical promotion.关键词
