后侧支撑板固定与前向后空心钉固定治疗胫骨后pilon骨折的效果比较研究
Comparison of Posterior Tibial Pilon Fractures with Posterior Tibial Plate Fixation and Forward Posterior Hollow Nails Fixation

Abstract
Objective To compare the posterior tibialpilon fracture with posterior tibial plate fixation and forward posterior hollow nails fixation.Methods A total of 83 patients with pilon fractures treated in our hospital from February 2002 to February 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the method of fixation,the patients were divided into two groups:plate fixation group and hollow nail group.The operative time,postoperative hospital stay,complete weight-bearing time and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.The function of the ankle surgery was evaluated by the American Society of Ankle Surgery(AOFAS),VAS score and AO imaging score.Compared between the two groups of patients with postoperative complications.Results There was no significant difference in the operative time and postoperative hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of complete load-bearing and the time of fracture healing were significantly less than those of the hollow group(P<0.05),and the VAS score and AO imaging score of the patients in the support group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the AOFAS score was significantly higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complication between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Posterior tibial plate fixation treatment of tibialpilon fracture clinical effect due to forward and backward hollow nail fixation,which helps to improve postoperative fracture stability,and promote joint function recovery.关键词
