针对性治疗应用于失血性休克危急重症患者的临床效果研究
The Clinical Effect of Targeted Therapy in the Treatment of Severe Hemorrhagic Shock
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of targeted therapy in the treatment of severe hemorrhagic shock.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe hemorrhagic shock who were treated in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Baoji from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research object,the patients were treated with targeted therapy,and the clinical effect was observed.Results 80 cases of patients after treatment,rescue success rate was 100.00%.A total of 82 fetuses were delivered,of which 2 cases occured asphyxia dystocia,improved after clinical treatment.After treatment,the incidence of pale complexion,shortness of breath,sudden cardiac arrest and coma was lower than before treatment (P<0.05).Placental residual or implantation was the most important cause of severe disease in hemorrhagic shock,followed by other diseases,soft birth canal injury and uterine inertia.Conclusion The clinical effect of targeted therapy in the treatment of severe hemorrhagic shock is sure,it can improve the success rate of rescue.关键词
