Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage,and to provide early intervention for patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage.Methods From February 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital of hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage in 200 cases as the main object of observation,randomly were divided into observation group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases),observation group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with conventional cerebral hemorrhage,the control group with normal brain the treatment of bleeding,were followed up for 6 months,according to the analysis of the prognosis of patients with 6 months prognosis of treatment were observed (efficiency,efficiency),complication rate,ability of daily life were compared.Results the patients in the observation group were markedly effective (54.0%) was significantly higher than the efficiency of the control group (28.0%) (P<0.05),the efficiency was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Patients in the observation group the incidence of postoperative complications (64.0%) was significantly lower than the control group (79.0%)(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05).The observation group (66.29±32.18)was significantly higher than that in the control group (59.66±27.78).Conclusion hyperbaric oxygen treatment of hypertensive hemorrhage of basal ganglia,can improve the efficiency significantly in patients with epilepsy,hemiplegia,aphasia,reduce the incidence and improve the ability of daily life of patients after discharge,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
