Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Radiotherapy combined with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with Abdominal Lymphatic Metastases from Gastric Cancer Operation and observe the toxic and side effects to provide theoretical basis for chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy for Abdominal Lymphatic Metastases from Gastric Cancer.Methods 94 cases with abdominal Lymphatic metastasis after gastric cancer surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected.46 cases only given with conventional radiotherapy were divided into the control group and 48 cases given with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Chemotherapy on the basis of Radiotherapy were divided into the observation group.The clinical efficacy,toxic and side effects of two groups were observed and compared by retrospectively analyzing the medical records.Results There were 19 cases and 18 cases for complete remission (CR) and partial remission (PR) respectively in the observation group with clinical efficacy for 77.08%.There were 14 cases and 10 cases for CR and PR repectively in the control group with clinical efficacy for 52.17%,and the rate was statistically different between two group (P<0.05).During treatment,there was no significant difference about various adverse reaction including marrow toxicity,liver function lesion,radiation enteritis,nausea and vomiting between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with abdominal Lymphatic metastases after gastric cancer operation can dramatically improve clinical efficacy without obvious increment of adverse reaction,therefore,the treatment safety can be ensured.关键词
