Abstract
Objective To compare the coagulation function between alcoholic cirrhosis and hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods A total of 120 patients with cirrhosis were selected in Xinyang Central Hospital from January 2015 to December 2016,and they were divided into A group(alcoholic cirrhosis,n=36) and B group(hepatitis B cirrhosis,n=84) according to the disease type.In addition,118 cases of gastropathy without coagulopathy were selected as the control group. The coagulation function indexes were compared among the three groups, including PT,APTT,INR,TT,and FIB.Results There was statistically significantly difference of PT,APTT,INR,TT,FIB among three groups(P<0.05).In patients with Child-Pugh A and B degree, the PT and APTT of A group was statistically significantly shorter than that of B group, the INR of A group was statistically significantly lower than that of B group, the FIB of A group was statistically significantly higher than that of B group(P<0.05);but no statistically significant differences of TT was found between the two groups(P>0.05).In patients with Child-Pugh C degree, the FIB of A group was statistically significantly higher than that of B group(P<0.05);but no statistically significant differences of PT,APTT,INR,TT was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion There are differences between patients with alcoholic cirrhosis and hepatitis B cirrhosis, and the differences between the two types should be considered when evaluating the liver function of patients with coagulation.关键词
