摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore of xerophthalmia incidence after phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation between transparencycornea and sclera tunnel incision.Methods 200 patients with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the Fisrt Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from September 2013 to September 2016 were divided into observation group and control group by treatment method,each of 100 cases.The observation group was given sclera tunnel incision,control group was given transparencycornea incision.The xerophthalmia symptom scores,cornea fluorescein staining scores,breakup time of tear film and schirmer were compared between the two groups.Results The xerophthalmia symptom scores,cornea fluorescein staining scores in observation group were lower than those in control group on 1 week and 1 month after operation(P<0.05).The xerophthalmia symptom scores,cornea fluorescein staining scores in 1 week and 1 month after operation were higher than those before operation(P<0.05).The breakup time of tear film and schirmer in observation group were higher than those in control group on 1 week and 1 month after operation(P<0.05).The breakup time of tear film and schirmer in 1 week and 1 month after operation were higher than those before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Sclera tunnel incision has lighter effects on stability of tear film than transparencycornea in 1 month after phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation,and it can distinctly relieve symptom of xerophthalmia.关键词
