CHN图谱法评估儿童左右手骨龄发育研究
Evaluation of Bone Development of Left and Right Hand with CHN Spectrum among Children

Abstract
Objective To evaluate bone development situation of children′s left and right hand with CHN spectrum,and compare the difference with the actual age.Methods 940 cases of children who had bone age detection in Quzhou Maternal and Child Health-care Center from 2010 to 2017 were selectted as the research objects.CHN spectrum method was used to assess the bone age of the wrist X-ray,and the difference was compared with the actual age.Results The bone age of left and right hand were same absolutely in male children who had both hands evaluatted.There was no significant difference between the left and right hand bone age and the actual age difference in each age group in male children (P>0.05).The bone age of left and right hand were same absolutely in female children who had both hands evaluatted.The right hand bone age and actual age difference was larger than that of left hand in male children aged 6 to 7.9 years(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the left and right hand bone age and the actual age difference in female children aged 4.0 to 5.9,8.0 to 9.9,10.0 to 11.9,12.0 to 13.9 years(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference between left and right hand bone age by CHN spectrum.In assessing the development of bone age in the left and right hand of the children,it should be emphasized the overall analysis,and without the need to adhere to the left hand or right hand.关键词
