Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of PICCO on the monitoring of vasoactive drugs in patients with chest trauma. Methods A total of 86 patients with hemorrhagic shock caused by chest trauma from October 2013 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the monitoring methods, the routine group and PICCO group were divided into two groups. The EGDT regimen was used for fluid resuscitation in the regular group, the PICCO group recovered in PICCO monitoring technique.HR,MAP,CVP,ScvO2,and resuscitation time, recovery success rate, lactate and urine levels and vasoactive drug use were compared in both groups. Results TThere was no significant difference in HR,MAP and ScvO2 between the two groups after 6h after resuscitation(P>0.05).The CVP of PICCO group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05),and the blood lactate and residual alkali were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (P<0.05).The ICU retention time, mechanical ventilation time and liquid resuscitation time and the use of vasoactive drugs PICCO group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion PICCO in patients with chest trauma to guide the liquid resuscitation, improve the recovery efficiency and resuscitation effect, the application of vasoactive drugs has a good guiding role.关键词
