Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect on neonatal oxygen uptake and anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil general anesthesia during cesarean section. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the data of 100 women who underwent cesarean section in obstetrics department of Ruian maternal and child health care hospital from November 2013 to November 2015.50 cases of patients received dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil general anesthesia were set as the observation group.50 cases treated with sufentanil general anesthesia only were enrolled as the control group.Comparison on anesthetic effect, level of serum cortisol at different time point after injection, basic situation of newborns, cord blood gas of the two groups was taken. Results The visual analogue(VAS) scores of pregnant women in the observation group at fourth, eighth and twenty-fourth hour after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 1 hour after anesthesia, the serum cortisol level of the two groups was higher than that before anesthesia and at 24 h after anesthesia(P<0.05).The anesthesia to delivery(I-D)time of the newborns in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The 1 min neonatal Apgar score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between two groups in preoperative fetal heart, uterine incision to delivery time(U-D),oxygen metabolism index ERO2 and 5 min neonatal Apgar score(P> 0.05).The umbilical artery blood and umbilical vein blood pH value, oxygen partial pressure(PO2),hemoglobin(Hb) and carbon dioxide partial pressure(PCO2) of the two groups were compared and showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil general Anesthesia can increase the oxygen uptake of newborns,as well as reduce the anesthesia to delivery time.关键词
