Abstract
Objective Aim to disscus the clinical efficacy of different therapies for uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods 100 cases of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section treated in Jianshi People′s Hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were collected and divided into control group and observation group,50 cases each group,according to the admission order.The control group were treated by conservative treatment which was methotrexate(MTX) intramuscular injection combined with mifepristone,and the observation group by complete curettage of uterine cavity under ultrasound guided after uterine artery embolization(UAE).The bleeding volume,the time of menstruation and HCG return to normorl,the rate of treatment success and adverse reaction were observated and analysed.Results The bleeding volume,the time of menstruation and HCG return to normorl in observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No cases with dysfunction of liver and kidney was found in each group.Conclusion The treatment of complete curettage of uterine cavity under Ultrasound guided after UAE was better and safe than the conservative treatment,can be used as a reference therapy for clinical treatment.关键词
