Abstract
Objective To study the relationship among vertebral artery advantage,posterior circulation infarct incidence and infarct side,so as to provide theory gist for diagnosis and treatment of posterior circulation infarct.Methods 100 patients with cerebrovascular disease admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected.50 patients with vertebral artery advantage were set as observation group,while the rest 50 patients without vertebral artery advantage were set as control group.Patients in two groups were compared for posterior circulation infarct and the infarct incidence of SCA,PCA,PICA and BA.And the relevancy between infarct side and vertebral artery advantage in SCA,PCA,PICA and BA areas was observed,and patients in two groups were compared for BA curve incidence.Results There were no significant differences in infarct incidence of SCA and PCA areas between the two groups(P>0.05).The infarct incidence of PICA and BA areas and global cycle in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).3 cases of SCA area patients whose infarct side was at the opposite side of vertebral artery advantage side,4 cases of PCA patients with infarct and 3 cases of patients whose infarct side was at the opposite side of vertebral artery advantage side and 1 case at the same side.6 cases of PICA area patients with infarct whose infarct side was at the opposite side of vertebral artery advantage side,11 cases of patients with BA area infarct,6 cases of patients whose infarct side was at the opposite side of vertebral artery advantage side and 5 cases of patients at the some side.The BA curve incidence of observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The posterior circulation infarct incidence of patients with cerebrovascular disease having vertebral artery advantage is higher,and PICA and BA areas are high incidence area.Infarct incidence at opposite side of vertebral artery advantage side is obviously higher than that of the same side,and the BA curve incidence of vertebral artery advantage is higher.关键词
