Abstract
Objective Clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of acute abdomen during pregnancy is discussed.Results 98 cases pregnancy clinical data of acute abdomen is retrospective analyzed from January 2009 to December 2015.The diagnosis,treatment and prognosis is summarized by categories to improve the ability of diagnosis and treatment,improve the prognosis of mother and infant for acute abdomen during pregnancy patients.Methods Acute appendicitis,ovarian cyst torsion,myoma degeneration occurs mostly common in acute abdomen during pregnancy.Abdominal plain film,B ultrasound examination,laboratory examination is combined to make a clear diagnosis.53 cases chose conservative treatment (54.1%),surgical treatment shared 45 cases (45.9%).There was no death after treatment,4 cases is premature delivery (4.1%),and abortion is 6 cases (6.1%).The results of follow-up showed 1 cases neonatal death (1.0%).Conclusion Acute abdomen during pregnancy is onset suddenly,transformation rapidly,and the threat for maternal and fetal safety.According to the condition to chose surgery or conservative treatment after the B ultrasound,laparoscopic diagnosis is necessary.It can improve the prognosis,reduce the abortion rate,premature delivery rate.关键词
