摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the effect of cluster bundled nursing in children undergoing peripherally inserted central venous catheters. Methods From June 2013 to June 2016,80 children with PICC were selected from the Yiwu maternal and child health care and family planning service center. They were randomly divided into the routine group and the study group, each with 40 cases. The children in the routine group were given routine nursing care, while the study group was given cluster bundled nursing on the basis of routine nursing care. The nursing effects and complications of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing,The catheter compliance and puncture success rate of the study group were higher than those of the routine group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Unplanned extubation rate, catheter slippage rate and catheter blockage rate in the study group were lower than those in the routine group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the routine group was higher than that in the study group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster bundled nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in children with PICC,improve the compliance of children and reduce the risk of PICC.关键词
