Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of bedside comprehensive ability assessment in raising the core competence of low age clinical nurses.Methods A total of 98 cases of low-qualified clinical nurses from June to December 2015 in Jiangshan City People′s Hospital of Zhejiang,the core competence evaluation results,core competence,comprehensive ability evaluation and nursing ability were compared before bedside comprehensive ability assessment and after bedside comprehensive ability assessment(from January to August 2016) in low age clinical nurses.Results After the implementation of bedside comprehensive ability assessment,the results of nursing writing scores,nursing performance assessment scores and responsibility system for overall nursing scores were higher than prior implementation,and professional construction and development ability,the critical clinical thinking ability,supporting and interpersonal skills,clinical nursing ability,good personal quality scores and total scores were higher than prior implementation,the proportion of improving technical operational capacity,consolidating theoretical knowledge,enhancing work self-confidence,enhancing learning activeness,developing problem solving skills,critical thinking ability of ascension,improving the ability of health education,fostering communication communication ability,improving the ability to observe illness,improving the ability of nursing assessment were higher than prior implementation,rescuing ability of critical patients,communication of nurses and patients,instrument operation,nursing knowledge scores were higher than prior implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion Bedside comprehensive ability assessment can effectively improve the core competencies of low-level clinical nurses,and improve their comprehensive ability and nursing ability.关键词
