认知行为干预在心脏介入术后护理中的应用价值研究
Study on the Application Value of Cognitive Behavior Intervention on Nursing after Cardiac Intervention

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavior intervention on nursing after cardiac intervention.Methods 200 patients with cardiac intervention in the People′s Hospital of Ruian from June 2014 to May 2015 were divided into control group and nursing group,each of 100 cases.Control group was given routine nursing,nursing group was given cognitive behavior intervention and routine nursing.The extubation time,raspatory removal time and coronary heart disease in ICU(CCU) hospitalization time,complications,mortality,satisfaction were recorded.Results The extubation time,raspatory removal time,CCU hospitalization time in control group were less than those in nursing group(P<0.05).The complications rate in nursing group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in mortality rate(P=0.364).There was statistical significance in nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention can reduce extubation time,raspatory removal time,CCU hospitalization time,complication rate and increase nursing satisfaction in patients with cardiac intervention.It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
