Abstract
Objective To explore the preventive value on postoperative complications of perioperative nursing care for patients underwent cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) surgery.Methods From January 2015-September 2016,a total of 156 cases underwent CBP at the First Clinical College of the Three Gorges University o Yichang City People′s Hospital were selected,patients were randomly divided into the nursing group (using perioperative nursing care) with 118 cases and control group (routine nursing care) with 78 cases.The first exhaust and defecation time,extubation time,operation time,length of stay,postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust and defecation time,extubation time,length of stay,postoperative complications in the nursing group were significant lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly reduced in patients undergoing perioperative care and cardiac cardiopulmonary bypass.At the same time,the gastrointestinal function of the patients was improved and the rehabilitation time was shortened.The clinical value was significant.关键词
