摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of continuous self-management education on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods 80 cases of patients with coronary heart disease in the Cardiovascular Medicine of First People′s Hospital of Wenling from August 2014 to August 2015 as the research object, using a random number table method were divided into the observation group (n=40) and control group (n=40).All patients were treated with coronary intervention. The control group was given routine health education, while the observation group received continuous self-management education on the basis of the control group. The control rate of coronary heart disease risk factors in the two groups was compared between the two groups at the time of admission, after discharge for 3 months, and after discharge for the first time in 6 months. The incidence of adverse cardiac events in the two groups was analyzed. The quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group after 6 month after discharge of total cholesterol, blood pressure, smoking and exercise compliance rates were 85.0%,92.5%,87.5%,95.0%,significantly higher than the control group 62.5%,65.0%,67.5%,67.5%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the observation group the incidence of adverse cardiac events was 17.5%,significantly less than 40.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group after the end of continuing education (82.4±5.8),significantly higher than the control group (74.8±8.1),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous self management education can promote cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease, reduce the incidence of adverse cardiac events and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
