Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of different education methods in high risk patients with diabetic foot.Methods 150 cases of high risk patients with diabetic foot in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research object,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the admission order of the patients,and each group had 75 cases.The control group used the traditional methods of health education,the observation group was given individualized systematic health education,the two groups were followed up for 4 months,to observe the two kinds of methods of health education on self care ability of patients,blood glucose control and diabetic foot disease.Results Health education and nursing after 4 months,the observation group self-care ability questionnaire scores were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);observation group,fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial blood glucose(PBG)were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group during the follow-up period the incidence of diabetic foot lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized systematic health education is helpful to improve the self-care ability of patients at high risk of diabetic foot and control blood sugar,reduce the incidence of diabetic foot.关键词
