Abstract
Objective To explore the application and clinical effect of enhanced recovery after surgical (ERAS) nursing strategy in patients undergoing endoscopic hysterectomy.Methods 84 patients undergoing endoscopic hysterectomy in our department from January 2016 to February 2017,40 patients(conventional group) with conventional perioperative care,and 44 patients with ERAS care(ERAS group).The two groups 24 hours and 3 day after operation were NRS scores.The level of hemoglobin(HGB) and albumin(ALB),the time of activity,the time of exhaust,the time of defecation,the degree of nausea and vomiting,the time of postoperative hospital and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared.Results The NRS scores of ERAS group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The HGB and ALB after operation for 24h in ERAS group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The time of activity,the time of exhaust,the time of defecation,the time of postoperative hospital,the degree of nausea and vomiting and the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly lower in the ERAS group than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS nursing strategy can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing endoscopic hysterectomy and reduce the incidence of postoperative pain and complication reactions.关键词
