临床护理路径标准化管理应用在2型糖尿病健康教育中的临床研究
Clinical Study on Clinical Nursing Pathway Standardization Management in Type 2 Diabetes Health Education

Abstract
Objective To study the affection of clinical nursing pathways (CNP) standardized management in type 2 diabetes mellitus health education.Methods 86 patients with type 2 diabetes were treated with endocrinology in People′s Hospital of Ruian from February 2014 to February 2017.They were divided into intervention group and control group.The control group was treated with routine education model.The intervention group was targeted of NPC,the basic nursing care of patients with knowledge,self-management and psychological adjustment methods,grasp the basic knowledge of medication and blood glucose monitoring methods in 5 aspects questionnaire score,and collect the time and cost of treatment data of two groups of patients satisfaction hospital.Results The intervention group in the basic nursing care of patients with knowledge,self-management and psychological adjustment methods,grasp the basic knowledge of medication and blood glucose monitoring methods in 5 aspects were higher than contron,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of was higher than that of the control group,hospitalization time and treatment cost were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion NPC standardized management can enhance the treatment of type 2 diabetes compliance and self-management ability.Health education can reduce hospital stay and treatment costs,improve treatment satisfaction,be vigorously promoted at the clinical level.关键词
