Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of xingnao kaiqiao acupuncture combined rehabilitation in the treatment of apoplexy hemiplegia and the impact on muscle force immediate effect of patients.Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with apoplexy hemiplegia were selected from March 2015 to September in Jinhua Hospital of Zhejiang University,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with rountine rehabilitation care,observation group was treated with xingnao kaiqiao acupuncture on the basis of control group.The FMA scores and ADL scores and muscle force immediate effect of upper and lower limb before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,no significant differences of FMA scores of upper and lower limb was found between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the FMA scores of upper and lower limb of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05),the FMA scores of upper and lower of two groups were higher than prior treatment(P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant differences of ADL scores was found between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,ADL scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05),the ADL scores of two groups were higher than prior treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of muscle force immediate improvement of the upper and lower limbs of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnao kaiqiao acupuncture combined rehabilitation have an exactly clinical effect in the treatment of apoplexy hemiplegia,it can effectively improve the motor function and muscle force immediate effect of patients,and improve the quality of life.关键词
