摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of different doses of mirtazapine combined with oxalic acid in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders.Methods A total of 120 patients with depression and anxiety were enrolled in Yichang Youfu Hospital from May 2015 to May 2016.The patients were divided into 4 groups according to the randomized blindness,each group was 30 cases.The control group was treated with escitalin;A,B,C groups were based on the control group combined with mirtazapine treatment,the dose was 15 mg,30 mg,45 mg.Hamilton depression scale (HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were Observed.Results Comparison of HAMD and HAMA scores in 4 group on admission,there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05);1 month after treatment,HAMD and HAMA scores of C group were lower than A,B group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);3 months after treatment,comparison of HAMD,HAMA scores of A,B,C group,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).The total effective rate of A,B and C group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the total effective rate of C group was higher than that of A and B group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the A group and the control group (P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in A group was lower than that in B and C group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Different doses of mirtazapine combined with oxytetracycline oxalate tablets for the treatment of depression and anxiety can achieve better curative effect,and with the increase of the dose of mirtazapine,can achieve better efficacy,but adverse reactions also With the increase,the clinical starting from a small dose,for the poor efficacy can be gradually increased,but should observe the adverse reactions.关键词
