摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the influence of hemodialysis(HD) and peritoneal dialysis(PD) on calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders in patients with end stage renal disease(ESRD) in order to provide the clinical basis for the improvement of calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders.Methods HD patients 276 cases(as HD group) and 236 cases of PD patients(as group PD) in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from 2012 to 2015,then all the patients with hemodialysis were divided into 5 groups,<3-12 month group,<12-24 month group,<24-36 month group,<36-48 month group,<48 month group.The serum calcium and phosphorus,parathyroid hormone,calcium phosphorus product in hemodialysis patients were analyzed.The influencing factors of calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders in patients with HD and PD were analyzed.Results Comparison of serum calcium and phosphorus,parathyroid hormone in <24-36 month group,<36-48 month group,<48 month group of HD,PD patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of calcium phosphorus product in <36-48 month group,>48 months group of HD,PD patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Age,dialysis age,hemoglobin,three glycerol,beta 2 microsphere,urea clearance index(Kt/V) were the factors influencing the disorders of calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients with HD(P<0.05);age,dialysis age,beta beta 2 microglobulin,Kt/V is the influence factors of the disorders of calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients with PD(P<0.05).Conclusion Calcium and Phosphorus metabolism disorders for ESRD patients is prevalent,and patients treated with PD has lower risk of ESRD than patients treated with HD.To improve the adequacy of dialysis can improve calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders,Actively improve anemia,lipid-lowering and other integrated treatment can help to correct calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders in hemodialysis patients.关键词
