Abstract
Objective To compare the A/G ratio and anterior width of right branch of protal vein in the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis.Methods A total of 96 cases of hepatic fibrosis patients were selected from January 2010 to February 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University,hepatic fibrosis degree were S0(n=25),S1(n=25),S2(n=15),S3(n=15),S4(n=18).All patients were given pathological examination and image analysis and blood biochemical tests,the A/G ratio and anterior width of right branch of protal vein were compared among different hepatic fibrosis degree,and the correlation between A/G ratio and anterior width of right branch of protal vein and hepatic fibrosis degree were analysed,Set up ROC to analyse sensitivity and specificity of A/G ratio and anterior width of right branch of protal vein to hepatic fibrosis S3,S4.Results The A/G ratio of hepatic fibrosis S3-S4 were lower than S0,anterior width of right branch of protal vein were higher than S0(P<0.05);the A/G ratio of hepatic fibrosis S4 was lower than S0(P<0.05);anterior width of right branch of protal vein of hepatic fibrosis S3,S4 were higher than S0(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that negative correlation between A/G ratio and hepatic fibrosis stage(r=-0.275,P<0.05),positive correlation between the width of anterior space of right portal vein enlarged with hepatic fibrosis stage(r=0.537,P<0.001).The AUC of anterior width of right branch of protal vein in the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis was higher than A/G ratio,and the sensitivity and specificity f anterior width of right branch of protal vein in the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis were higher than A/G ratio.Conclusion The anterior width of right branch of portal has great value in diagnosis of S3 and S4 fibrosis,A/G ratio has some value in the diagnosis of S4 fibrosis,so the anterior width of right branch of portal in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis is better than that of A/G ratio.关键词
