冷热水刺激的脑电反应对心肺复苏后昏迷患者预后的评估
Prognostic Value of Video-electroencephalography Reaction to Hot-cold Water Stimulation in Comatose Patients after Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of video-electroencephalography (VEEG) reaction to thermal stimulation on evaluating the prognosis of comatose patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods 28 comatose patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation cured in ICU or relative division of the First Hospital of Putian Municipality from February 2013 to Octorber 2016 were selected,19 cases died,9 cases survived.All patients were made prognosis evaluation according to the VEEG reaction to thermal stimulus,GCS and APACHEⅡ score,and the clinical value of three kinds of prognosis evaluation methods were analyzed.The result of clinical follow up was set as gold criteria.Results The three modules all had a good predicting the number of prognosis for the whole group,the best group of VEEG-Reaction;the sensitivity and specificity of VEEG reaction to hot-cold water stimulation in evaluating prognosis of patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation which were higher than those of GCS and APACHEⅡ score,comparisons of the the area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve showed that VEEG-reaction(0.82) was superior to APACHEⅡ(0.78) and GCS(0.72),and had follow-up results.Conclusion The Hot-cold water stimulation to VEEG reaction had more accurate assessment on cardiopulmonary resuscitation prognosis,and evaluation results had high consistency with follow-up results,and had high clinical application value.关键词
