Abstract
Objective To establish the reference range of the lymphocyte ratio of 3 months to 5 years old children with mixed viral infection after antibiotic therapy and to explore the influencing factors.Methods We collected 1000 cases at the age of from 3 months to 5 years old,treated by throat swab bacteria,virus detection,diagnosis ranged to upper respiratory tract infection of bacteria and virus in Gaomi Maternal and Child Health-care Hospital from May 2006 and May 2016.Clinical data of all subjects were collected,and using SPSS 17 statistical analysis of test results.Results In this study,a total of 1 000 children aged 3 months to 5 years were collected,all of whom were infected with bacteria and virus,including 596 males and 404 females.Compared with other age groups,the lymphocyte ratio of the 3 month to 1 year old group was statistically significant (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the lymphocyte ratio between the other age groups (P>0.05).The lymphocyte ratio and neutrophil ratio before admission were correlated with the ratio of lymphocyte at recovery stage (P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the rate of lymphocyte recovery between children treated with single nucleotide adenosine monophosphate and macrocyclic lipid drugs or not (P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the use of macrocyclic lipid drugs(OR=0.393,P=0.032) was a contributing factor in the reduction of lymphocyte ratio during convalescence.According to whether the use of macrocyclic lipid drugs respectively to determine the reference range,the application of macrolide drugs in children with recovery rate of lymphocytes were (57.38 12.14)% for,and(45.244%-69.516%);without the application of macrolide drugs in children with recovery rate of lymphocytes were (63.74 10.09)%,and(53.647%-73.833%).Conclusion Macrolides should have an effect on the lymphocyte ratio,the reference range should be established according to whether or not to apply the drugs,which is easy to guide the clinical practice.关键词
