Abstract
Objective To compare of the clinical effect of double titanium plate AC TightRope and clavicular hook plate internal fixation for the treatment of Rockwood Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation by total arthroscopy.Methods From February 2014 to February 2016,52 cases of Rockwood Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated in traditional Chinese medical hospital of Jinhua,in which 20 cases (observation group) were treated with double titanium plate AC tightrope internal fixation under total arthroscopy,and 32 cases (control group) were treated with open reduction and clavicular hook plate fixation.The general data,VAS pain score and constant shoulder function score at operation time,1 weeks,2 months,6 months after the operation of the two group cases were compared in order to assess the shoulder pain and function.The incidence of complications in two group patients was compared also.Results There was no significant difference in sex,age,trauma and operation time between the two groups (P>0.05).The VAS score in both groups at 1 weeks postoperatively,2 months postoperatively and 6 months postoperatively was lower than that before operation,and the constant score was higher than that before operation (P<0.05).The VAS scores in both groups at 6 months after operation were lower than that at 1 week and 2 months after operation,and the constant scores at 6 months after operation were higher than that at 1 week and 2 months after operation(P<0.05).At all times after surgery,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the constant score was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).At 6 months postoperatively,there were no iatrogenic fractures in the two groups,1 cases of reduction and shoulder pain were found in the observation Group,1 cases of postoperative infection were found in control group,6 cases of shoulder pain including 2 cases of shoulder-peak impingement were found,no reduction and loss was found.The incidence of complication in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of double titanium plate AC TightRope internal fixation for the treatment of Rockwood Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation is obvious,which can significantly improve postoperative function,reduce pain and complications compared with clavicular hook plate.关键词
