Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of BIPAP ventilator in the treatment of acute heart failure.Methods 140 patients with acute heart failure treated in the Emergency Department of Zhongjiang County People′s Hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected.Divided into the control group(n=70) and the observation group(n=70) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,the observation group was treated with BIPAP ventilator on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The cardiac function indexes and curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the PaO2,SaO2 and PaCO2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.71%(67/70),and the total effective rate of the control group was 81.43%(57/70).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.549,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute heart failure treated with BIPAP ventilator,not only significantly improve the clinical effect,but also significantly improve cardiac function indicators,it is worth promoting the application.关键词
