Abstract
Objective To study the complete mesocolon resection in patients with colon cancer in the curative effect,the number of lymph node cleaning and the recurrence rate.Methods From January 2011 to January 2013,80 patients with colon cancer were divided into complete mesocolon resection group (CME group,n=40) and traditional radical surgery group (traditional group,n=40) by random number table method.The recent curative effect,number of lymph node cleaning and recurrence rate were analyzed between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss in CME group was significantly less than that in traditional group (P<0.05),postoperative anal exhaust time,defecation time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in traditional group(P<0.05),left half colon,right half colon positive lymph nodes,the lymph node metastasis lymph node number,the average number of lymph node cleaning were significantly more than than those in traditional group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications and the recurrence rate were significantly lower than those in traditional group(P<0.05),3 year survival rate was significantly higher than that in traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Complete mesocolon resection has a more good curative efficacy and number of lymph node cleaning,and lower recurrence rate than traditional radical surgery for colon cancer patients.关键词
