Abstract
Objective To analyse the correlation of proteinuria and Lee′s grade in IgA nephropathy.Methods A total of 507 cases of IgAN patients were selected from December 2010 to October 2016 in Shenzhen Second People,s Hospital,which were divided into low level pathology group(n=163) and high level pathology group(n=344).The Alb,24 hurinary protein quantity,Scr,UA,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C were compared between the two groups,and the correlation of proteinuria and Lee′s grade and the influence factors with IgA nephropathy were analysized.Results The high level pathology group of Alb,24 hurinary protein quantity,Scr,UA,TC,TG,LDL-C were higher than low level pathology group,HDL-C was lower than low level pathology group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression anslysis showed than Lee′s grade and 24 hurinary protein quantity were the risk factors of renal damage degree of IgAN patients(P<0.05).Lee′s grade was correlated with proteinuria grade(P<0.05).Conclusion Lee′s grade is correlated with proteinuria,and Lee′s grade and 24 hurinary protein quantity are the risk factors of renal damage degree of IgAN patients.关键词
