Abstract
Objective To explore the value of placental protein 13 combined with placental growth factor in the early screening of preeclampsia.Methods One hundred and sixty-eight pregnant women who were met the inclusion criteria and from Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Sanya were selected from January 2014 to December 2015.Among them,84 cases of preeclampsia(case group),84 cases of normal pregnant women(control group).The serum levels of PP13 and PLGF were detected by ELISA at 11~13 weeks gestation.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve of PP13,PLGF and PP13 combined with PLGF early screening was drawn,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were calculated.Results The serum levels of PP13 and PLGF in the case group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of early screening for PP13 were 83.3%,76.2% and 79.8% respectively;the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of early screening for PLGF were 82.1%,73.8% and 78% respectively;the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of early screening for PP13 combined with PLGF were 95.2%,94.0% and 94.6% respectively.Conclusion PP13 combined with PLGF has better early screening effect for preeclampsia.关键词
