Abstract
Objective To study the expression of P21WAF,P53,P16 in prostate carcinoma with different differentiation degree.Methods 56 cases of prostate cancer surgery in the Nanyang Hospital of Zhengzhou University Affiliated Hospital from 2015 to 2016 were selected.The expressions of P21WAF,P53,P16 were examined by S-P immunohischemical technique.Results The positive rates of P21WAF,P16 and P53 in well differentiated adenocarcinoma,moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma were significantly different(P<0.05);the positive rates of P21WAF,P16 in well differentiated adenocarcinoma,moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma were higher than those in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma,the positive rates of P53 in well differentiated adenocarcinoma,moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma was higher than that in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expressions of P21WAF,P53,P16 are correlated with prognosis and staging in prostate carcinoma.关键词
