Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of different modes of ventilation on patients and effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in emergency,provide a theoretical basis for the ventilation patients in emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods 90 cases of emergency cardiopulmonary methods from February 2014 to February 2016 the Central Hospital of Shengli Oil Field for treatment of recovery patients as the research object,according to the different ventilation mode is A,B,C group,30 cases in each group,C group were treated with routine tracheal intubation,laryngeal mask ventilation + tracheal intubation in A group were treated,B group were treated with balloon mask oropharyngeal tube + tracheal intubation,clinical symptoms were observed in the patients of the 3 groups,the analysis,compared 3 groups of patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation,blood gas levels.Results The results of A,B group of patients with airway opening time,cardiac recovery time,breathing recovery time,improve the consciousness of time,there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05);A,B group of patients with airway opening time,cardiac recovery time.Breathing recovery time,improve the consciousness of time compared with the C group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);A,B group of oxygen partial pressure (PO2),carbon dioxide partial pressure (PCO2),pH comparison,no statistically significant difference (P>0.05);A,B group PO2,PCO2,PH compared with the C group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Laryngeal mask intubation and balloon + mask + oropharyngeal airway intubation compared to endotracheal intubation and simple curative effect is better,improve the patient′s symptoms,it is worthy of application.关键词
