Abstract
Objective To study the correlations chest CT characteristics and immunohistochemistry between lung adenocarcinoma cancers and small-cell Lung in Qingyuan district.Methods 64 cases of lung cancers patients in the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2013 to August 2016,which were divided into adenocarcinoma 34 cases and small-cell lung cancer 30 cases,compared their blood counts,blood biochemical examinations,tumor makers,chest CT Characteristics and Immunohistochemistry.Results The two groups were statistically significant in sex(P<0.05),However,there was no statistically significant in years,smoking index,disease course,key symptoms.However,the blood counts WBC,LYMPH,PLT,Hb,NLR,PLR were no statistically significan(P>0.05).Blood biochemical examinations,ESR,ALP,LDH,RF were no statistically significan(P>0.05).CRP in adenocarcinoma was significant higher than small-cell lung cancer(P<0.05).Level of plasma CEA and Cyfra21-1 was statistical higher than small-cell lung cancer(P<0.05).NSE was lower than small-cell lung cancer(P<0.05).The two groups were statistically significant in tumor locations and structures of chest CT characteristics(P<0.05).The main images of adenocarcinoma were vacuole sign and pleural indentation sign,and small-cell lung cancer was cavity sign.There was no statistically significant in tumors sites,shapes,edges and central type lung cancer.CT characteristics were no statistically significant with immunohistochemistry.Conclusion Lung adenocarcinoma patients are common combine with vacuole sign and pleural indentation sign.However,small-cell lung cancer is a cavity sign.Inaddition,serum level of CEA,Cyfra21-1,NSE and CRP contribute to diagnosing lung cancers,but bronchoscopy and lung biopsy is surely necessary to confirm the diagnosis.关键词
