Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of biofeedback therapy on functional defecation disorders constipation.Methods 78 cases of patients with functional defecation disorders constipation in Department of Anorectal Surgery,Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 were selected.Biofeedback therapy was performed on the patients,the efficiency of the treatment was detected,the changes of anorectal pressure before and after treatment were measured,Wexner constipation scoring system was used to evaluate the constipation symptoms of the patients before and after treatment and after 6 months of follow-up.Results The total effective rate was 85.9% in 78 patients;the anal resting pressure and rectal resting pressure decreased,and the maximum rectal systolic pressure after treatment was higher than that before treatment (P<0.05);the scores of defecation frequency,defecation difficulty,incomplete emptying sensation,pain sensation,defecation time,defecation and defecation failure scores after treatment and follow-up for 6 months were decreased than that before treatment (P<0.05);the scores of defecation frequency,defecation difficulty,incomplete emptying sensation,pain sensation,defecation time,defecation and defecation failure scores between after treatment and follow-up for 6 months were not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback therapy has effect of functional defecation disorders,constipation,worthy of promotion.关键词
