Abstract
Objective To make a statistical analysis of the risk assessment and screening of malnutrition in cancer patients.Methods A total of 240 patients with malignant tumors treated in Oncology Department of Xuzhou Central Hospital in Jiangsu province from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected,all patients′ serum prealbumin (PA),immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,IgM and CD+4,CD+8T cell subsets data were collected and counted.Results The incidence of malnutrition was 45.83% (110/240).There was no significant difference in the sex,TNM stage and tumor differentiation between the group with malnutrition and the control group (P>0.05);the age of malnutrition group was higher than that of control group,and the proportion of digestive system tumor was higher than that of control group,the BMI,PA,IgA,IgG,IgM,CD+4,CD+8 were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The higher the tumor age,the lower the BMI,the higher the risk of malnutrition,and patients suffering from digestive system tumors have higher risk of malnutrition,their nutritional status is poor and immunity is low.关键词
