Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiography on cardiac syncope in elderly patients.Methods A total of 120 cases of elderly patients were selected from July 2013 to December 2016 in the Institutes of Health of China North Industries Group Corporation,which were divided into syncope group(n=26) and none-syncope group(n=94).The arrhythmia types and R-R interphase were compared between the two groups.Results The syncope group of arrhythmia rate was higher than none-syncope group,R-R interphase was more than none-syncope group(P<0.05).In 18 cases of syncope patients,ventricular arrest time>3.0 s had 28 times,and 12 times were syncope;ventricular arrest time<3.0 s had 130 times,none syncope patients happened.Conclusion Chronic arrhythmia is the main cause of cardiogenic syncope in elderly patients,ventricular arrest time>3 s is associated with the senile syncope,and the dynamic electrocardiogram can provide a more reliable diagnostic indicator for patients with cardiogenic syncope.关键词
